Recipes: Loh Bak

I know recently I shared a lot of the food I made.
And probably you are bored of it.
But please bear with me okayyyy.
Probably after CNY will stop ad. =p

Some of you might not know what's Loh Bak.
Well, here's the explanation:

Lor Bak (卤肉) - Marinated minced pork, 

then roll in thin soybean sheets and then deep fried

However, my type of Loh Bak is a bit different...

There are quite a few of fine dining places in Penang.
Eighty Eight Restaurant is one of the finest of all.

Crunchy bread crust but really soft inside!

Hoho! I saw a letter for me today!

Oh ya, he's our PM.
He can get anything he wants.

Well, I wonder how effective this is?
But personally, i would prefer he take this printing expenses to donate or what.
A letter really isn't enough.

Sakura Kristal @ Setia City Mall, Shah Alam

Anyone been to Sakura Kristal at Setia City Mall, Shah Alam?
Well, don't be fooled by the name Sakura Kristal.
Initially I thought it is a Japanese restaurant.
But it isn't! It is a fusion restaurant!

The best meal here is...

Seafood Peranakan Curry! - RM21.00

Curry is quite thick, full of seafood.

Quite a big portion that can be shared by two.

Not too spicy but it's appetizing! 

A bowl of rice will never be enough! =D

Steamed Fish Head @ Sheng Kee Restaurant, Equine Park

Anyone fancy for fish head?
Be it curry fish head or steamed fish head, both are my favorite!
And there's one I found in Taman Equine in Seri Kembangan.

The fish is BIG!

Teow Chew Steamed Fish Head!

This is just fish head! So huge!

Personally I like it! 

You can smell the fragrance of Hua Tiao Chiew (Chinese Wine).
